What emails will a firm user receive when a request is first sent to them?

PERSUIT access for firm users is exceptionally quick, and there is no technical implementation required.

New firm users

When a request is sent to a new firm user, a PERSUIT account is automatically created for them. They will receive two emails from notifcations@persuit.com which are generated by our platform.

Firstly, the Welcome Email. This contains an activation link to create their profile.

Secondly, the Invitation Email which includes a link to the request they were invited to. It also includes a calendar invite for the request's proposal due date as a helpful reminder.

Existing firm users

They will only receive the Invitation email - they will not receive the Welcome email again unless it's been requested from support@persuit.com.

Sharing requests with firm colleagues

Firms can only share an invitation and access via the request header in PERSUIT - simply forwarding an email invitation notification will not work. These instructions explain further.

Login issues

Firms should contact support@persuit.com directly to troubleshoot any issues with accessing the request on the PERSUIT platform.
