To send when launching PERSUIT across your legal team, in anticipation of invitations being sent to providers.

Dear Outside Counsel,

[Company] is excited to launch our new outside counsel engagement program, PERSUIT.

This program is designed to be self-service such that our attorneys can quickly use RFP templates to invite you to provide pricing items (typically for AFAs) and answers to qualitative questions, such as staffing, experience and suitability for the matter or project.

Please help us by leaning into this program. We are confident that this will help us identify the right firm for each new matter and that it will also lead to reduced fees for [company]. Firms will now have greater visibility into new matter opportunities across practice areas and this process will help us to distribute work more fairly amongst our [panel/preferred] firms based on objective evaluation criteria. Preexisting hourly rates will be honored as baseline, not to exceed rates where no new fee agreements are made on PERSUIT. 

The platform is easy to use and requires very little training. Please see the PERSUIT support site for training guides, and you can also contact support@persuit.com. New RFPs will trigger an email notification to the recipient's email address from notifications@persuit.com - please ensure your IT team is aware of this so as not to block any emails from PERSUIT.

We will also be holding informational sessions to answer questions about our new program on [insert date(s)].

You will soon receive an invitation email from notifications@persuit.com with a link to our RFP.

If your firm has not used PERSUIT before, please ensure the persuit.com domain is not blocked by your IT systems. Even if the email is missed, an RFP invitation automatically creates an account for you. To log in at any time, visit the PERSUIT login page, enter your email, and click "Create Password" to reset access.
