PERSUIT’s ADD CLARIFICATION feature allows you to send information to all providers in one communication. This is efficient, and saves you from messaging each provider one by one.
Once you have sent the request you can add as many clarifications as you choose, at any stage. You can review all issued clarifications on the Matter tab.
There are two ways to issue a Clarification:
Edit request and providing further instruction through a clarification:
1. Click on Edit Request in the top navigation.
2. Click on Add Clarification in the Edit Request pop-up.
3. In the next screen, type out your clarification, then press Next.
4. Review your Clarification and either press back to edit the message, or Confirm to post the Clarification. All respondents will receive an email notification that a Clarification has been issued.
Updating the original request and issuing a Clarification:
After sending the original request, you can update it and issue a Clarification about any changes:
1. When in the Edit Request pop-up, click Update Request.
2. Click Confirm to move on to the Drafting screen.
3. In the Drafting screen, you can make changes* to all the content sections of the Request.
Provide details in the Clarification section about what you have amended. Press Send Update to move to the confirmation screen.
*The only changes you cannot make within this screen are to the Timeline and Reverse Auction.
4. Review your decision and press Send Update to post the Clarification. All respondents
will receive an email notification that a Clarification has been posted.
Reviewing Clarifications:
In the Matter tab, you and the invited respondents will find all Clarifications in sequential order.
