There are two different ways to create new user accounts in PERSUIT:

Sharing a request with an email not yet registered in PERSUIT will automatically create a new PERSUIT account for the recipient's email address

Contact PERSUIT Support (support@persuit.com) to create a new user account for you
- To bulk create accounts, please send a list of email addresses.
- Note: If your organization uses SSO for PERSUIT, you will also need to reach out to your IT team to ensure SSO is enabled for you. Different clients have different IT service desk request processes for this.

How about firms?
Please note, firms do not require an account before being invited to participate in a request in PERSUIT. If they do not previously have a PERSUIT account, an account will be automatically created for them as soon as an invitation is sent to them.
