There are different ways to create new user accounts in PERSUIT:
1) User Access feature in platform Settings.
Available to Group Managers only - this article explains this self-service process in full.
Please note:
A) until mid-January 2026, PERSUIT's support team handled all client user access requests. This is now a self-service client capability.
B) If your organization uses SSO/SAML for PERSUIT, you will also need to reach out to your IT team to ensure you are provisioned for access. Different clients have different IT service desk request processes for this. See this article for more information on PERSUIT's SSO capabilities.
2) Bulk creation, via Support
To bulk create accounts, please send a list of email addresses to support@persuit.com. A self-service bulk import functionality is not yet available.
3) Sharing a request with an email not yet registered in PERSUIT
This will automatically create a new PERSUIT account for the recipient's email address. This article explains how to share a request with your colleagues.
How about firms?
Firm account creation
Firms do not require an account before being invited to participate in a request in PERSUIT. If they did not previously have a PERSUIT account, one will be created automatically for them as soon as an invitation is sent to them. See this article for more information on what happens when a request is sent to a new firm user.
Firm contacts directory for clients
As a client, if you would like to upload firm contacts in bulk into your organization’s firm directory, please send a list of emails and their related firm to our Support Team (support@persuit.com).
This will make the firm contacts readily visible and available in the drafting flow for users to invite to requests.
