What happens after the proposal due date passes?

Where an auction is scheduled:

Firms can still revise their proposals until the auction ends.

Where an auction is not scheduled:

Firms can no longer revise their proposals. You have the following options:

If the RFP has not concluded, and further changes are required:

1. Prompt firms to revise their proposal via the counter proposal feature.
2. In the event the firm made an error on their proposal, reopen the request for them to make further changes to their proposals.
3. Revise (reset) the due date.

If the RFP has concluded:

1. Select a proposal(s), therefore notifying both the selected and unsuccessful firm(s).
2. Mark firm(s) as unsuccessful.
3. Withdraw the request, if no firm is selected. This provides clarity to firms on the request status, and improves your data reporting accuracy.

For options 1 & 2, please remember to mark the request as completed, and provide proposal feedback to firms.
