After drafting your request (RFP or RFI) in PERSUIT and evaluating responses, finishing the request is an important part of the workflow for you and your providers.
There are a few different steps to comprehensively complete a PERSUIT request, depending on the possible outcome.
- Selecting a Firm
- Sharing Feedback with Participating Firms
- Marking the Request as Complete
- Withdrawing/Cancelling the Request
Why is this important for your organization?
- Improves your data accuracy and reporting, using confirmed figures rather than estimations. For example:
- Agreed spend
- Savings calculations
- Firms' win % rate
- Provides clarity to firms on where they stand and which opportunities they did or did not win.
- Therefore facilitating a dialogue about how the firms can do better for you in future.
- Keeps your RFP home dashboard tidy so you can focus on requests that are still active.
How do I mark the request as complete?
Requests can be marked as completed once the proposal due date has passed and it is in the "Evaluating" stage.
At the top of the specific request, you'll find the Complete Request button in the navigation bar. A Complete Request popup will appear asking you to confirm the action.
You will know that the request has been completed when you see the status box at the top left turn gray and say Completed and the Progress module on the right is marked as Request complete.
You will also find the completed request in the Completed Tab of the PERSUIT homepage.
At any time, the status of the request can be changed back to Evaluating from Completed by selecting Mark as Evaluating button in the top navigation bar. This will allow you to make further updates to the request and manage the invited firms.
