To navigate to the Settings page, click the hamburger menu icon to the left of the PERSUIT logo which can be found on any page. You'll see Settings when the menu expands.
Note: Only users with Group Manager access can view the Settings page. Please reach out to your designated Customer Success Manager if you have any questions.
The Settings page in the PERSUIT platform allows you to view and/or update these following sections:
Group Profile
The Group Profile allows you to update the settings that applies to your entire group.
This is where you can update:
Preferred Currency
Savings Calculation Method
Diversity Settings
You can also view the registered email domains associated for your group.
Teams
If you would like to view the teams and users within the group, this is where you can find that list.
You'll also be able to manage those who request to join specific teams for organizations with SSO/SAML set up. You can view this article here for more information on managing new team member requests.
Contacts Directory
The contacts directory is where you can view all the individual suppliers and firms that have been invited to your group's requests. Individual suppliers and firms for your group can be removed through this setting.
While individual suppliers and firms can be added to any request at any time, if you would like to proactively add a supplier or firm to your contacts directory, please reach out to the Support team at support@persuit.com.
Custom Tracking Fields
The custom tracking field setting is where you can create and manage custom tracking fields for your group's requests.

Custom Emails
The custom emails setting allows you to edit the Proposal Unsuccessful message that gets sent to firms. You can view this article here for more information on what that message will look like for firms.
Analytic Settings
The analytic settings is where you can view and track all the requests your group has published and determine which request gets included or excluded in the reporting data. This article here explains how to exclude a request for your group.
