The Settings page lives in the expandable left hand side navigation on any page.
This is a key part of onboarding, ensuring that you have the correct setup to meet your organization's preferences and needs. You should - and will - work with your Customer Success Manager during the onboarding phase to understand and make these decisions.
Note: Only users with Group Manager access can view and edit Settings. Please contact your Group Manager or reach out to support@persuit.com with any questions or requests regarding account permissions.
In Settings, you can view and/or update the following:
Group Profile
At the top of Group Profile, you can update your Group Name and Preferred Currency.
You can define Diversity and enable or disable our Diversity modules for your group.
You can enable or disable your users' ability to duplicate past requests.
You can allow or disallow your users to act as providers/responders in PERSUIT.
You can view a list of all the registered and approved email domains for your group. If you'd like to add any more, please reach out to our 24/7 support team (support@persuit.com).
Allow or disallow your users from inviting providers using public email domains (ex: gmail.com, @outlook.com). Learn more in this article.
Lastly, allow or disallow your users to include the Firm AI Usage module and firm feedback rating in their requests.
User Access
PERSUIT’s User Access feature enables you to independently create, disable and manage your group’s users, helping streamline administration and improve efficiency. You must have Group Manager permissions in order to access User Access.
Internal Users
This section showcases a user table to view, create and manage your group’s existing and new users in one place. View this article to learn more.
Teams
Any teams created are listed below the Request to Join section. If there are no existing teams, you’ll see a default team listed called “Legal Team (Default)”. View this article to learn more.
External Collaborators
Here, Group Managers can invite external consultants to their organization to carry out actions such as drafting requests on their behalf. This is all in a controlled and secure environment while keeping data protected. This article explains more.
Feature Management
In Feature Management, you can provision access to features for your whole group or individual users.
Custom Fields & Forms
Custom Fields & Forms lets you define the data you collect and how you collect it. Use Custom Fields to build and manage your taxonomy, and Custom Forms to create structured forms, including Request Tracking sections and Matter Intake forms.
Custom Emails
Use this setting to edit the message sent to firms following an unsuccessful proposal. View this article for more information on what that message will look like for firms.
Analytics Settings
In Analytics Settings, you can define your group's Savings Calculation Method, set Preferred Date Filter for Reporting and view and Track all the Requests your group has published and determine which request gets included or excluded in the reporting data. Rules and Governance
Groups can now enforce clear rules and guidance across several areas from setting Request Approvers, mandating Scorecard criteria, defining Proposal Selection, and standardizing Terms and Conditions in our platform.
