Insights dashboards display an extensive array of data with out of the box visualizations. For additional granularity and customization, you can export all data points, and rework the data in a spreadsheet. This article summarizes which data points are found in which file.
This data is also available via the PERSUIT Reporting API, to sync into your other data reporting systems alongside other data sources.
Use PERSUIT's Insights feature to export to Excel a number of reports covering all of your organization's PERSUIT usage data.

Request Details:
- One row for each sent RFP, with a wide range of data points. This includes your Custom Tracking Fields so that you can slice and analyze data in line with your own classifications, to understand your spend and savings, and where your adoption strengths and opportunities lie.

Requests in Draft:
- Requests that have been created, but not sent. Use this to identify potentially missed sourcing opportunities, or users who may need assistance. Also useful for housekeeping purposes.

Invitation Details:
- Per RFP invitation sent, obtain a view of each firm's involvement and participation status. It will identify trends of whether you are inviting the right firms to the right types of matters.

Firm Information:
- One row per provider, identifying metrics such as the volume of invitations, wins, win rate, as well as the associated $ value. This is complementary to the Real Time Business Review dashboards. It will provide insight into how your PERSUIT adoption with certain firms compares to the volume of work you are sending to firms outside of our platform. This may influence your competitive sourcing strategy.

- Data about each firm provider's proposal. It can show commercial trends for negotiations and auctions too.

AFAs and Auctions:
- Extremely useful data to support your journey away from the billable hour and towards AFAs. Use this to identify trends across your teams, and see when AFAs are being used or not. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information and for AFA training.

User Report:
- A comprehensive list of all user accounts, both active and inactive, as well as showing those with additional roles and permissions. This should be used for regular audit purposes, deactivating accounts and reassigning permissions as needed.
- It also shows recency of user activity, which can be contextualized against how frequently you expect a user to be active in PERSUIT, in line with your strategy and business guidelines.

Request Status Tracker:
- Workflow Completion is important for data hygiene and accuracy. Use this report to identify missed sourcing opportunities (drafts that have not yet been sent), or spend and savings accuracy opportunities (requests where a provider has not yet been selected). It also shows uptake in proposal feedback, which helps improve your governance over two-way communication in firm relationships.
