PERSUIT offers four advanced access levels for client users. A standard user has none of these roles but can be assigned some or all as needed. See this article for how to find which permissions you currently hold.
Group Manager:
- Manage Settings: including User Access management of users, role/permission assignment, and team organization.
- Adjust savings for any request.
- Manage request tracking.
- Panel Management: create, edit and delete provider lists (standard users have view-only access).
Template Manager:
- Create, edit and publish request templates.
- Create, edit and publish Engagement Letter templates.
- Create and manage Firm Profiles.
- Create and manage Firm Reviews.
- Create and manage the firm Contact Directory.
Insights:
- Insights reporting dashboards and data exports.
- Real-time Business Review data report to support provider relationship management.
Auto-Share (for a team):
- Access to all requests created and sent by other client users in the team(s) you are a part of. This can be applied historically, or for future requests only.
- This role should be limited to a select few individuals responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activity for that team.
If you wish to be assigned any of these permissions/roles please contact your Group Manager who is able to manage permissions via User Access. If your organization uses SAML, roles and permissions are managed by your organization. To update access, please contact your organization's admin team.
There are different permissions for firm users, such as designated contacts to receive all proposal invitations, whether per client or for all clients. Designated contact lists are also managed via support@persuit.com, although may be a self-service feature in future. Granting firm users access to historical requests/proposals is not currently available, and must be done individually for each request.
