Through PERSUIT’s Insights feature, view and export an organization-wide user report at any time.
Note: Insights is only available to users with the Insights role assigned to them. This article has more information on the roles and permissions available in PERSUIT. If you feel you should have access to Insights, but currently don't, please contact your company's program manager or your PERSUIT Customer Success Manager.

Where can I view the User Report?
In Insights, navigate to the Adoption tab.
You’ll find the User Report table at the bottom of this Adoption tab.
Any filters chosen, within the gray bar at the top of the Insights page, will apply to the reports within Insights including the User Report.
Note: This data only captures users who have logged into the platform, however does not capture users who have only created an account and have not yet logged in.
How can I export the User Report?
At the top of the Insights page, you’ll find the Export to Excel button.
The Export to Excel window will appear and this is where you’ll find all the exportable Insights reports. In this window, check the User Report checkbox underneath Adoption.
Note: Select as many reports, as needed, at one time. If multiple reports are chosen, they will be exported as individual reports.
Press Export to export the user report to your local drive.
Note: If there are any chosen filters at the time of export, then any exported report will only include the filtered information.
