Request for Proposal Revision with Redlines (Counter Proposals) for Rate Cards

Our Request for Proposal Revision (Counter Proposal) feature can now be utilized for rate cards when you'd like to negotiate further with one or multiple firms after the proposal deadline has passed or after the auction has concluded. This enhancement will facilitate your rate review process by centralizing all negotiations within PERSUIT.

With this enhancement, any changes to pricing will display as a redline:

The proposed rate card pricing redlines will show at the top of the request for proposal revision page, and a free text field allows you to provide your firm the details of your request:

Once the request for proposal revisions are requested, your firm will receive an email notification alerting them of the request. Your firm will also have the opportunity to view your suggested changes and details at the top of their proposal. See below: 

User Session and Login

Your My Profile page now shows the active sessions and recent login history information. To access this page, select your initials in the top right of the page and select My Profile. 

You'll be able to view the Security section in the lower section of your profile:

Within this section, you can also choose to terminate your own active sessions by clicking Log out (excluding the current session).
