Release 336 - Centralized T & Cs

Group Managers can now update or remove their organization's centralized Terms & Conditions at any time, directly from account settings.

Previously, once centralized T&Cs were set, they were locked permanently - no one could adjust or remove them, even when the terms no longer applied to a particular engagement. This meant RFPs could get stuck simply because the T&Cs on file didn't fit the situation.

Now:

• Group Managers can edit centralized T&Cs whenever they need to, and changes apply going forward to future RFPs.
• Group Managers can delete centralized T&Cs entirely, with a confirmation step to prevent accidental removal.
• Within an individual RFP, T&Cs can also be adjusted just for that request, the organization's default stays unchanged, with a simple option to restore the default at any time.

This means your team's Terms & Conditions can stay accurate and up to date, and RFPs are no longer held up by outdated or mismatched contract language.
