Release 311 - Price Benchmarking and More

Price Benchmarking has been redesigned from the ground up. Instead of digging through menus, you can now start from a curated catalog of common comparisons - by matter type, complexity, or firm cohort 0 and jump straight into relevant data.

Once you're in, filters stay visible as you scroll, so you always know exactly what you're looking at. Every benchmark now shows a confidence indicator and a clear "Observed vs. Estimated" flag, so you can tell at a glance whether a number comes directly from real submitted pricing or is a modeled estimate. New trend views on both Fees and Rates let you see how pricing has moved over time, down to the phase, activity, or individual rate level.

A few other highlights:

• Choose your own display currency, and see every benchmark converted automatically.
• Rates now include a year-over-year comparison, showing how much the median rate has shifted.
• Benchmarking data now refreshes weekly instead of quarterly, so you're always working with a more current picture of the market.
• Firms now have their own "My Organization" view, so firm teams can compare their own submitted rates and fees against the broader market — the same capability clients have long had.

Quality-of-life improvements to Firm Profiles, Contacts, and Firm Lists

Several smaller improvements are now live across the app:

• The updated Firm Profile design is now the standard experience for everyone.
• You can now add contacts using personal email addresses (like Gmail or Outlook), which is useful for outside counsel, consultants, or former employees.
• There's no longer a limit on how many Relationship Managers you can assign to a single firm profile.
• Saved Firm Lists now sort alphabetically, making them easier to find as your panel grows.
• You can add any firm to a Firm List directly from its card in the Firm Directory, without opening the firm's profile first.
