Release 335 - Feature Management

In-house users with Group Manager access now have a single dashboard for controlling which platform features their team can use. From Settings > User Access > Feature Management, you can turn features on or off and decide who gets access, without needing to contact support.

Choose exactly who gets access

When you turn on a feature, you can give it to everyone on your team automatically, or hand-pick specific people from a simple list. You can switch between these two approaches at any time as your needs change, making it easy to roll a new capability out to a small group first and expand later.

See access at a glance

The Internal Users page now shows how many features and roles each person has, with a single click to see exactly which ones. This makes it simple to review and audit who can do what across your team.

No more disappearing features

If someone doesn't have access to a feature, it now stays visible in the navigation with a lock icon and a short explanation, instead of vanishing entirely. This makes it clear what's available on the platform and who to contact for access. Once access is granted, the feature unlocks immediately, no need to log out or refresh.

Bulk import for your team

Adding a large number of team members is now faster. You can import up to 1,000 users at once via a simple upload, rather than adding people one at a time.
