Highlighting text in a draft request is one of the ways you can work with your colleagues to ensure every section of the request is filled out correctly and accurately because it allows you call out certain areas that need more information or reviewing.
When you're drafting a request and would like to export it to share with your colleagues, there is a setting you can turn on, the Background Graphics setting, when in the "print" screen to ensure the text highlighting stays visible.
Navigating to the Print/PDF screen:
In the drafting screen of your request, click Preview found near the top right of the navigation menu.
You'll find the Print/PDF button at the top right of the expanded preview screen.
When you click the Print/PDF button, the print screen will pop up where you can choose destination, pages and more.
Turning on the Background Graphics setting:
In the print screen underneath the default selections, you'll see More Settings.
Click More Settings and scroll down until you see Options. Turn on the Background Graphics setting by clicking the check mark next to it.
Press Save after you've made all necessary selections to move forward with printing/exporting the draft request.
