Updates to the messages feature

Overview

There are two new updates to the messages feature:

• PERSUIT will now save your draft messages. If you close the messages pane or navigate away from the page the drafted message will be available when you return. The content of the draft will not be visible to anyone else until the message has been sent.
• A new unread messages icon will appear on the messages button within a matter. It will also appear on the list of matters on the firm-side dashboard. Coming soon to client dashboards.

"Firm Online" Status During an Auction

Overview

You can now see when a firm is online during an auction. There will be a dot next to each firm's name, denoted by two different colors:

• Green - when they are viewing the auction
• Grey - when they are not viewing the auction

Enhancements

Added RFP Link to Real-time Business Review Table

Overview

Per user feedback, we've added the ability to click into any RFP directly from the Real-time Business Review "Activity Breakdown" table. This should drive more efficient conversations with firms by helping users pull up any specific RFP at any time while conducting a firm review. Here's where it sits within the table:

Added Explainers to "Tracking" and "Scorecard"

Overview

We've added "internal use only" text with additional explainers to help in-house users recognize that the scorecard and tracking fields are only viewable on their end, not on the firm side. Our aim is to alleviate any confusion so that it drives better adoption for these features, as they're both very helpful for internal reporting. Here's what each looks like:
