PERSUIT allows you to keep track of your colleagues and firms that are added or invited to your requests.
Who currently has access?
The Share button in the top navigation includes a preview of the quantity of colleague users.
When expanded, the Colleagues with Access tab shows in detail who those colleagues are, also badging who the request creator and auto-share users are.
You can remove access of any colleague by clicking the X to the right of the frame. You will have to confirm your decision through a confirmation box to officially remove access.
For more information on how to add colleagues to your request, see this article here.
Historical access
The History tab shows all sharing changes. This will also include changes to invited or removed firms, as well as showing who made the changes and when.
Inviting firms to a request
For more information on how to invite firms to your request, please see this article.
"You don't have access to this request"
If you follow a PERSUIT link but land on this page, it means that someone has sent the link to you without sharing the request to give you the requisite permissions.
You can now request access directly from this screen — no need to contact support or chase a colleague manually.
For step by step instructions on how to request access, see How do I get access to a request I can't view?
For details on how to approve or deny a colleague's access request, see the How do I approve or deny a colleague's request to access a request? section of How can I share a request with my colleagues?
