You can share a request to collaborate with your colleagues at any stage of the request process, while drafting, or after sending.
Sharing the request with colleagues while drafting:
When in the request drafting screen, you'll find the Share button at the right of the top navigation bar.
In the Share pop-up, find the colleague you wish to share with by:
- entering their email address
- using the search bar
- selecting from the list of existing PERSUIT users
You can also include a message to your colleague(s) to provide any additional information or context before clicking on the Share button to finalize the process, and trigger an automated invitation email.
Sharing the request with colleagues after it has been sent:
At the top of the published request's navigation bar, click the Share button to get started.
Just like the process of sharing a request in the drafting stage, in the pop-up, enter the recipient's email address, use the search bar, or select from the list of colleagues with an existing account.
Include a message to your colleague(s) to provide them with any supplemental information before clicking on the Share button to finalize the process, and trigger an automated invitation email.
