If you've received a link to a PERSUIT request but don't have the necessary access permissions, you can request access directly from the platform — no need to contact support or chase a colleague manually.
If you follow a PERSUIT link and land on a page showing the message "You don't have access to this request", it means the link was shared with you without the necessary access permissions being granted.
How do I request access?
From the no-access screen, click the Request Access button.
PERSUIT will automatically notify colleagues who already have access to the request. A confirmation message will appear on screen letting you know your request has been successfully submitted.
What happens next?
A colleague with access to the request will receive a notification and can approve or deny your request from within the platform. Once a decision has been made, you'll receive an email and in-app notification letting you know whether your request was approved or denied.
