Enhancements
Rate Review Pro Rate Card Export
Overview
We've added a rate card export to Rate Review Pro. Users can now select any number (or all) of their firms to be exported into an excel file. In the export, there will always be a summary tab that includes data aggregated from all firms, with each individual firm's proposals being listed on a separate, unique tab within the file.
Please note, if there are over 200 firms in your export, it will be exported as multiple files within a zip folder.
The exported file will have three main sections:
Summary Tab - key information about the entire rate review request
Raw Data Tab - Every line represents a single timekeeper from a firm rate card. This is the most granular the data can get. Perfect for pivot tables of further deep analysis.
Firm Tabs - Similar to what is seen within the app. This tab includes the firm proposal, listing each of its rate cards as well as the questions and answers nested below this list of rate cards. There is one tab per firm so each firm can be explored by the user as and when is needed.
Diversity Module Updates
Overview
Firm users can now add comments to their diversity responses and also choose "N/A" where applicable for certain questions. This ensures that firms can provide a more comprehensive overview of their diversity initiatives in the event they differ from the exact questions asked in the diversity module.
For example, if a firm user enters 0% for origination credit, previously they would have had no way to explain that they may reward their staff in different, more beneficial ways.
This will increase diversity data transparency for both clients and firm users.
Also included in this update is client users can now add ‘Neurodiverse’ to their definition of diverse. This option can be found in your company Settings.
