Custom Tracking Fields on Homepage

Overview

In the requests section of the Homepage, we have inserted a new drop down menu that shows a client's custom tracking fields. When looking for past requests, users can quickly search for requests using these custom tracking fields and select from the list. Requests will populate as filters are selected. The drop down also has 'collapse' and 'expand' functionality for easy navigation.

Are the filters based on an 'AND' or an 'OR' statement?

• Filters are 'AND' statements. For instance, if a user selects tracking fields for 'Practice Area = Litigation' and then selects 'Jurisdiction = North America', the requests presented will be for Litigation matters in North America. Not either litigation or North American matters.
