Client to Firm Feedback
You can now provide feedback to firms using the new Client to Firm feedback feature.
After a firm is selected or marked unsuccessful on a request via the Manage Proposal dialog, a new dialog will now be shown at the end to allow you to provide feedback to firms on their proposal:
You can then preview and send feedback to the firms:
If you choose to skip providing feedback, you'll be presented with a confirmation dialog:

Firms will be notified by email when you submit feedback on their proposal. They will also receive email and in app notifications for the same:
You and your firms can view the feedback at the top of the firm's proposal in the new Client Feedback Section:

Requests due for auction with low proposals are now highlighted on your dashboard:
By selecting the request, a warning message is visible at the top of the page and contains the following action buttons:
-
Change Auction Dates
-
Message Firms
Selecting "Change Auction Dates" allows you to change the timeline of the auction to provide the firms more time to submit their proposals:
Selecting "Message Firms" opens the Messaging Channel, where you can reach out to the firms to confirm if they wish to participate:
The warning message and highlights are cleared once the auction starts, or if you update the auction dates.
