Release 309 - Updated Rate Review Pro Notifications

We've made Rate Review Pro safer to use. When accepting a firm's proposal, you'll now see two notification choices instead of three:

• Notify selected firm only
• Do not send notifications

We removed the option to notify the selected firm and all remaining firms at once. That option could be clicked by mistake, unintentionally telling every participating firm they were unsuccessful, which isn't the right outcome for a rate review. Removing it means that can no longer happen.

What this means for you:

• If you run Rate Review Pros, you'll notice one fewer option in the firm selection step - nothing else changes.
• Standard RFPs are completely unaffected. All three notification options are still there and work exactly as before.
• No settings or permissions changed, and there's nothing you need to configure. This is live now for everyone.
