PERSUIT's Support Assistant is an AI-powered chat tool built directly into the platform to help you get instant answers to your questions without leaving the page. Whether you need guidance on submitting a proposal, understanding a request status, or navigating platform features, the Support Assistant is available to help you at any time.
Navigating to the Support Assistant
You can find the Support Assistant in the panel on the right-hand side of your screen. It appears as a chat widget that can be expanded or collapsed at any time.
Starting a Conversation
To begin, simply type your question into the text field at the bottom of the chat panel and press Enter or click the send button. The Support Assistant will respond with guidance drawn from PERSUIT's official support resources.
You do not need to phrase your question in a specific way. The Support Assistant is designed to understand natural language, so you can ask questions the same way you would ask a colleague.
Examples of questions you can ask:
- How do I submit a proposal?
- How do I revise a proposal I've already sent?
- Why can't I see the request I was invited to?
- How do I share a proposal with a colleague?
- How do I reset my password?
- How do I withdraw from a request?
Understanding the Response
The Support Assistant will provide a written response with step-by-step guidance. Where relevant, it will also include a link to the relevant support article for more detailed instructions.
Note: The Support Assistant provides informational guidance only. It is not able to make changes to your account, proposals, or requests on your behalf.
Contacting Support Directly
If the Support Assistant is unable to resolve your query, you can reach the PERSUIT support team directly from within the chat panel. Click the Create Support Ticket button at the bottom of the chat window to raise a ticket with our team.
Your conversation history will be shared with the support agent automatically, so you will not need to re-explain your question.

Note: The Support Assistant is available to all law firm users on PERSUIT. No additional setup or opt-in is required to access it.
