If you've received a PERSUIT Welcome email, this means a PERSUIT account has successfully been created for you using that same email the notification was delivered to. An account can be created for a few different reasons:
- Your organization proactively created that account for you
- A colleague has invited you to a collaborate on a proposal
- You've reached out to our Support Team to create an account for you
The Welcome email
Once you receive it, the next step is to click on the Activate Account button.
You will then be taken to a new window in your browser where you can create a new password for your account. The password creation must meet certain requirements in order to be successful.
Press Continue to finalize your chosen password and officially login to the PERSUIT platform where you can set up your profile.
Updating user account details
When you login to PERSUIT for the first time, you'll be greeted with the My Account page. This is where you can update your account, change your password, manage email preferences and view your latest activity and recent logins.
Fill out the basic information fields to complete setting up your account. Press Save, found underneath the Email Preferences section, to complete the form and be directed to the PERSUIT homepage.
