What's New?
Overall Spend Impact Column
The Overall Spend Impact column is now visible directly within the platform during the evaluation process. Previously only included in spreadsheet exports, this value is calculated as:
Rate × Number of Hours Worked (Previous Year)
This gives you a quick, at-a-glance view of the projected financial impact of proposed rates.
Hide Firms with No Submitted Rates
Firms that have not submitted any rate proposals will no longer appear in the evaluation table. Instead of displaying – (null) values, these firms are simply omitted. This update reduces noise and keeps attention on firms with actual, comparable data.
Expanded Table View
You can now expand the Rate Review Pro evaluation table to view more timekeeper columns at once.
This enhancement is especially useful for evaluations with 10+ timekeepers, supporting clearer side-by-side rate comparisons without excessive horizontal scrolling.
Why it matters?
These updates bring more usable insights directly into PERSUIT — saving time, reducing manual errors, and making evaluation more efficient. By streamlining the information presented during rate reviews, you can make faster, more confident decisions.
