What’s new?
Group Managers can now create and manage standardized Terms & Conditions, from boilerplate to attachments, used across all requests and matter types for their entire group.
Why it matters?
- Save your team time as they update boilerplate like terms & conditions or billing guidelines, which previously had to be copy-pasted into each template.
- Control T&C’s and standard attachments from one, centralized place. End users drafting requests see the latest boilerplate every time, but can’t edit it.
Note: if your organization needs more flexibility around Terms & Conditions depending on the nature of the matter and workflow, this may not be the right feature for your group. A better approach may be to use bespoke custom request templates. Speak to your Customer Success Manager about your strategy.
