đź“‘Firms can now sort the Named Timekeeper table to better align with external spreadsheets, making it easier to update and manage rates in bulk.
What’s New
- Sortable columns in the Named Timekeeper table
- Sorting is off by default; click any column heading to toggle on
- Sorting works across all columns for better data alignment
- Fully compatible with bulk copy/paste updates
Why It Matters
- Makes it easier for firms to match PERSUIT table order to their external rate sheets
- Saves time when making bulk rate revisions
- Reduces manual scrolling and searching for individual timekeepers
Best Practices
- Turn off sorting when making multiple edits to avoid unexpected row movements
- If sorting is active, sort by the “Name” column for consistency - names stay fixed while rates change
- Live Sorting: editing a value in a sorted column will automatically reposition that row based on the new value
