Every platform email just got a major glow-up. Weāve redesigned and rewritten all PERSUIT emails to reflect the new PERSUIT 2.0 branding, improve clarity and tone, and offer a more helpful experience.
Whatās New
Two new email templates, designed for different purposes:
Quick Update ā For reminders and status nudges, with minimal formatting
Moment That Matters ā For invites and key action points, designed to be shared
Rewritten copy for every email:
Friendlier tone, clearer calls to action
Helpful links to support resources
Responsive design, tested across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile
Refreshed subject lines + pre-headers to preview the email content clearly
Why It Matters
Improves email clarity and usability across devices
Makes high-stakes emails (like invites to propose) more shareable and branded
Helps clients and firms find answers faster with embedded links to support
Reinforces PERSUITās updated identity and user-centric experience
No new email types or triggers were introduced (yet)ājust a full content and styling refresh.
š MFA Session Validity Extended to 24 Hours
Law firm users with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled will now stay validated for 24 hours after a successful logināmeaning no more repeated MFA code entries throughout the day.
Whatās New
MFA sessions now remain active for 24 hours after a successful code entry
Law firm users will no longer be prompted for MFA each time they log in during the same day (unless they reset their password or get locked out)
No changes to your organizationās MFA configuration or compliance settings
Why It Matters
Fewer login disruptions for firms who use PERSUIT intermittently throughout the day
Reduces support tickets related to MFA timeouts, lockouts, and user frustration
Smoother user experience for firm-side users during time-sensitive RFPs
Note: This change only affects law firm users. Client MFA flows and custom security settings remain unchanged.
ā±ļø Recommended Auction Durations ā Now Highlighted
To help users move faster and get the most out of auctions, weāve added smart guidance to the auction duration picker.
Whatās New
30 min and 60 min durations are now labeled as recommended
A new message displays near the dropdown to guide users toward efficient durations
All duration options (30 min, 60 min, 24h, 48h) remain fully available
Why It Matters
Encourages quicker decision-making and tighter turnaround times
Reduces the risk of overly long auctions with limited benefit
Reinforces PERSUIT best practices directly in the setup flow
š Template Manager Access to Engagement Letter Templates
Users with the Template Manager role can now directly manage Letter of Engagement (LOE) templates without relying on Support or Admins.
Whatās New
A new āEngagement Letter Templatesā section has been added to the left-hand navigation
Template Managers can now:
View existing LOE templates
Upload new LOE templates directly
Why It Matters
- Empowers client Template Managers with self-service access
- Reduces dependency on Support or Admin teams
- Makes it easier to maintain, update, and scale engagement documentation
