Release 213 - AI Smart Scoping Self-Service Activation

Clients can now activate AI Smart Scoping instantly via a new ‘Trial Access’ toggle - no need to wait for PERSUIT to enable it manually. This makes it easier than ever to try out AI Smart Scoping and experience faster, smarter RFP drafting.

What’s Included:

• New AI toggle under Settings → AI Features
• Includes a helpful link to AI usage policy
• Clear disclaimer and prompt guidance added to help users get better results
• Built-in sentiment tracking (👍 / 👎 / why?) to guide improvements

Group Manager users can toggle AI on/off for their entire group at any time. Existing drafts will remain available.

⚠️ AI Smart Scoping does not support:

• Client templates or pre-configured content
• Standard Terms & Conditions or attachments
• AI-assisted refinement of drafts (yet!)

If your workflow relies heavily on templates or embedded T&Cs, we recommend waiting for upcoming releases that will address these gaps.
