Release 203 - Rank Visibility Controls; Small Fixes

🔐 Restrict Rank and Price Visibility for Firms

To improve confidentiality and align with client intent, firms that are withdrawn, eliminated, or disqualified will now be restricted from viewing rank or pricing data, both during and after auctions.

🔧  What's new:

• Withdrawn Firms: Immediately lose access to rank/price data during live auctions.
• Eliminated Firms: Blocked from viewing rankings or price history at any point.
• Post-Auction for All Firms: Final rank and price changes are hidden from all firms, unless explicitly shared by the client.
• Applies across all auction types and ranking models.

💡 Why This Matters:

This closes key visibility gaps and reduces the risk of strategic misinterpretation.

🛠️ Small Changes & Fixes

SSO-Aware Password Recovery

• SSO users now receive login instructions instead of irrelevant password reset emails.
• Ensures smoother UX and prevents support escalations.

Template Navigation Improvements

• Added search box and last activity timestamp to simplify template discovery and management.
