We’ve made it easier to collaborate with firms using public email addresses - like Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud - while maintaining security and control.
🔧 What’s New:
-
Public Domain Invites Enabled: Clients can now invite firms using popular email domains via a new admin toggle.
-
Admin Control: A setting under Group & Profile > Firm Invitation Settings allows manager-level users to enable or disable this option.
-
Firm Name Setup: Invited firm users set their firm name during onboarding, which appears across Firm Profiles, messaging, and directories.
-
Access Restrictions: Public domain users can’t invite others or share access within their org.
-
Smart Notifications: Real-time banners alert client users when they attempt to invite public domains without enabling the toggle.
💡 Why This Matters:
This change removes friction for onboarding smaller or international firms without corporate domains, supporting greater platform inclusivity while giving you full control over who you invite.
