When a client is drafting their request, they have the option to include a Conflicts Check section within each request. If Conflicts Check is turned on, it will be presented within the top of the request. It will prevent you from being able to read the full scope of the request until after you have indicated Yes to having cleared conflicts.
You'll find additional information to clear conflicts underneath the request's timeline details.
If you don't feel that you have enough information to clear conflicts, you can contact the client directly.
Once you have submitted your answer to the Conflict Check question in PERSUIT, you cannot change your response directly within the platform. The Conflict Check is designed to be a one-time confirmation before you can access the full details of the request.
