You can revise a proposal after you have submitted it.
Find the submitted proposal in the Proposals section of the request. Click the Revise button on the right.
The Revise button is available while the request is in Open to Proposals or Awaiting Auction status. If the request is in Evaluating status, you can ask the client to reopen it by clicking Request Reopen. See How do I request that an in-house client reopen my proposal? to learn how.
In the pop-up, select Revise Proposal, then click Confirm on the next screen.
The Revise Proposal drafting screen opens with an editable copy of your submitted proposal. You can change any section, from Pricing to the Questionnaire.
Make your edits, then use the Revision Comments box at the top of the proposal to summarize your changes and give context.
When your edits are complete, click Submit in the top navigation bar.
The Revision History section at the top of your proposal now shows your latest change, confirming the revision was submitted.
Deleting a Revision Draft
You can delete a revision draft you have started on a submitted proposal. A proposal with a revision draft shows the Draft Revision status. Deleting the draft does not delete the originally submitted proposal. To delete it, click Continue Editing to open the draft.
On the drafting screen, click the three-dot menu at the top right, then click Discard.
On the next screen, click Discard Revision to confirm. Your originally submitted proposal is not affected.
The proposal now shows only the Proposal Sent status, confirming the draft is deleted.
