Withdraw or Cancel a request
It is now possible to cancel or withdraw an RFP. ensuring that invited firms are notified, and the RFP is excluded from reports where it no longer applies. This improves data accuracy by removing non-relevant RFPs and reducing unnecessary efforts on work that will no longer proceed.
Withdrawn (and canceled) requests will appear in the dashboard's new 'withdrawn' tab.
- This feature is available in the 'Manage request' menu as demonstrated in the image below.
- The feature requires a reason for the withdrawal of the request. There are default options provided including the option to select 'Other reason'
- Upon cancellation or withdrawal, an optional interface will appear to notify invited firms, with the option to include a personalized message.
An Industry filter for rates/hours in Price Benchmarking
We have added an Industry filter to the Price Benchmarking feature. This will provide greater specificity for searches in the rates/hours tab.
