How can I view detailed rates of an individual firm in Rate Review Pro?

PERSUIT's Rate Review Pro allows you to explore an individual firm's proposed rates in more detail than the default blended-rate view of the Compare Proposed Rates table. 

There are two ways to view the detailed rates for an individual firm: View Details in the Rates table and View Proposal in the Proposals tab.

View Details in the Compare Proposed Rates table:

Find the specific firm you'd like to view more details of in the Compare Proposed Rates table. Under that firm's name, click View Details to view all the proposed rate cards this firm has submitted. 

When a certain rate card has been selected, it will expand to show: Last year's hours, Current Rate, New Standard Rate, Proposed Rate, Discount from Standard, Change from last year, Last year's spend, and Spend impact. 

You'll also be able to view the negotiation price history for the specific rate card of the specific firm you're looking into, if applicable.

You can easily navigate between individual firms' by clicking the left and right arrows found at the top on either side of the firm's name. 

View Proposals in the Proposals tab:

In the Proposals tab, click View Proposal for the specific firm you'd like to view. 

You'll be taken to the firm's proposal where you can view all their proposed rate cards and strategic answers in one place.
