Law firms and providers can designate internal key contact(s) that will automatically have access to and receive notifications for any requests sent by clients.
- Benefits for law firms and providers
- Available options
- Who should be a designated contact?
- Updating your designated contacts setup
Benefits for law firms and providers:
- Respond to requests efficiently, ensuring no missed invitations or opportunities
- Visibility into requests for the right people, at all times
- Relieve the administrative burden of the invited person needing to share manually with colleagues
Available options:
- Designated contact for all requests from all clients.
For example, if Donna.Paulsen@SpecterLitt.com is the designated contact for Spector Litt, she will receive all requests sent to anyone with the same domain @SpecterLitt.com from any customer.
- Designated contact for all requests from specific clients only.
For example, if Donna.Paulsen@SpecterLitt.com is the designated contact for Specter Litt regarding Gotham Company, she will receive all requests sent to anyone with the same domain, @SpecterLitt.com, from Gotham Company only.
Note #1: If a user is set up under both of the above options, then option 1 takes precedence, and they will receive all communications, notifications and invitations from all clients.
Who should be a designated contact?
Typical job titles include: Head of Pricing / Proposals Pitches, Business Development, Relationship Manager, etc.
You can also set up a shared/service account (e.g. persuitproposals@acme.com) as your designated contact. This approach has two main benefits:
-
Improve visibility, efficiency, collaboration and communication:
Multiple team members access and manage request invitations, ensuring timely responses, reducing the chance that valuable invitations are missed, and a coordinated and consistent effort in drafting the proposal.
-
Backup and reference:
A centralized repository for historical tracking and continuity in client relationships, especially when team members are unavailable or move roles or companies
Updating your designated contacts setup
To request any changes, please email support@persuit.com with your firm/provider name, email(s) to be added, and the specific client(s) you'd like to receive requests for (if applicable).
Note #2: Users with this access will only receive communications and access to customers' newly published requests from the time their access has been set. The access does not apply to past and historical requests that were published before the access was given. If access to past requests is needed, colleagues or the customer with access will need to share them with the user directly.
