How do I add an External Collaborator to my firm?
First, navigate to the Settings page found in the expanded main menu.
Note: if you do not see Settings, this means you do not have Group Manager access. Please reach out to support@persuit.com if you would like access, cc'ing another Group Manager for approval purposes.
Click on External Collaborators.
You'll be directed to the Manage Access tab of External Collaborators. At the top, to add someone, you'll simply need their email address. This can be any email address domain that is not authorized as part of your organization.
Below, you'll find all existing and newly added External Collaborators.
Note: External Collaborators are all automatically given standard user access when created. If you would like a certain external collaborator to have advanced permissions, please reach out to support@persuit.com.
What do the External Collaborators have access to, and what can they do on behalf of a firm?
- Create new proposals.
- Collaboratively draft proposals shared with them.
- Submit proposals.
What do External Collaborators not have access to?
Standard External Collaborators do not have access to any of your firm's premium reporting features like Performance Insights and Competitive Intelligence, if your firm has activated these features.
How do I remove an External Collaborator’s access from my firm?
Simply press the Trash/Delete icon found in the Actions column at the right of the page. Once removed, they will no longer have access to any requests or proposals.
What comms will the External Collaborator receive once I've added them to my firm?
The user that was added as an external collaborator for your firm will receive an email invitation notification to collaborate on PERSUIT. This email will have instructions on how to login, how to set up MFA, and then how to access the correct profile for collaboration.
If you have any questions, please reach out to support@persuit.com.
