What are the different user access roles and permissions for Firm Users?

PERSUIT offers two different advanced roles with the following permissions for firm users:

Manager:

• Manage Settings on behalf of the firm

Designated Contact

• Designate internal key contact(s) that will automatically have access to and receive notifications for any requests sent by clients. View this article here for more information.

A standard user has none of these advanced roles but can be assigned some or all of the them as needed.
