How can I turn on the AI Smart Scoping feature?

PERSUIT’s AI Smart Scoping transforms a simple matter brief, or uploaded key documents like complaints, and generates a fully drafted RFP in under a minute.

This feature is available for a limited time to organizations through Trial access. In the future, access will be determined by your subscription and feature package.

Access to the feature is controlled in Settings by Group Managers.

How can I toggle on AI Smart Scoping?

First, navigate to Settings found in the expanded main menu.

Note: Settings are controlled only by Group Managers. Please reach out to support@persuit.com if you would like access, cc'ing another Group Manager for approval.

Click on AI Features.

Here, you’ll find the toggle to Enable AI Smart Scoping and Enable Proposal Analyzer.

Note the hyperlink to PERSUIT’s AI Use Statement, should you need prior InfoSec approval.

This toggle activated the AI Smart Scoping feature for all users within your group, rather than just for yourself.

Note: Every generated RFP draft by AI Smart Scoping will include standardized template language, e.g. T's & C's, but will not include standard attachments.
 

If the toggle is blue, it means AI Smart Scoping is turned on. If the toggle is gray, it is turned off. Press Save to finalize any changes.

What happens if this is not toggled on?

This can be turned on or off at any time. When turned off, your colleagues simply will not have access to the AI features.
