To establish a comprehensive contact directory for creating lists within the Panel Management feature, send your list of contacts to support@persuit.com who will complete a bulk upload for you. Please use this format:
- First column: contact email address
- Second column (optional): the firm name
Any firm that has been previously invited to a request by your group will be automatically added to your group’s contact directory and will be available to added to a [new] firm list.
Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions or would like guidance on how to best set up firm lists for your group. You can view this article for more information on how to create a firm list.
Note: Only Group Managers can create Firm Lists in Panel Management. Those who don’t have Group Manager access will still be able to see the existing lists but will not be able to create, edit or delete them.
