PERSUIT's Rate Review Pro makes it possible to create a proposal with multiple rate cards so specific locations and practice areas can be defined in one centralized location.
In your dashboard, you'll find the Rate Review Pro request you've been invited to participate in. You'll know it's a Rate Review Pro request because it'll have a yellow Rate Review Pro label attached to the request.
Once you click into the new request, you'll be able to view the details of the matter explaining the timekeepers/rates that are expected to be provided for.
You'll also be asked if your firm will participate in this request. If you decide you can participate in this request based on the matter details, mark Participate and click Submit.
Note: If you've originally chosen Unable to Participate and would like to revert that, please view this article on how you can change your response.
The Proposals section and Create Proposal button will appear at the top right of the navigation bar.
You'll be directed to the Draft Proposal screen once the Create Proposal button has been clicked.
In the Rate Review Pro proposal, there will be three main sections to be filled out:
Proposal Summary
The Proposal Summary section can act as a cover letter to your proposal. This is where you can provide supplemental information pertaining to your professional relationship with the client, or list a summary of high-level assumptions you may have, or whatever else you may think is helpful for the client to know.
Rates
The Rates section allows you to build specific rate cards aligned with the client's asks and your available service from location, practice areas and even individual timekeepers. For more detailed information on how to build a Rate Card in Rate Review Pro, you can view this article here.
Questions
The Questions section will be a varied list of questions, depending on the matter and the client, for you to answer related to the matter. This is where you can let your skill, experience and strategy shine through.
Once you've filled out all three sections, you can Submit your proposal.
You'll find the Submit button in two places: the top right of the navigation bar and at the bottom right of the drafting page. Click either one, then confirm the action by clicking Submit again to finalize the process.
