Email support@persuit.com with your query or use this form, and our team of customer support agents will reply as soon as possible (in line with our Service Level Agreement). Please note that we do not have a customer service phone number, and the live agents will address your ticket in writing in email format (not chat).
They are supported by a team of experts (including engineers, product managers and customer success managers), so may triage your ticket to the person best placed to answer. In some cases, where the ticket cannot be resolved via discussion on the ticket, the experts may work with you to coordinate a live call.
Which details should I include in my support ticket?
The more details you can provide, the faster and more effectively we can resolve your query. Helpful details include:
- The request ID (REQ-123456).
- Screenshots or videos to illustrate the issue.
- A description of steps that you have already taken.
- A summary of what you would like to achieve.
- cc'ing any related users whose approval may be needed, if your request pertains to sharing content or access or user permissions.
