PERSUIT's built in autosave feature enhances the user experience by preventing data loss due to unexpected events.
If autosave is not working as expected, here are some initial troubleshooting activities you can try to remedy the situation.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable and secure
- Avoid the text: "data:" and ensure there is a space after the colon.
- It should read as "data: xxx" and not "data:xxx"
Autosave should immediately be successful if the two instances above are correct.
