PERSUIT gives you the ability to customize part of the message within the email notification a firm receives when they are marked as unsuccessful.
Note: customizing the text within this email notification updates the language in the email sent to all firms when marked as unsuccessful for the entire organization. At this time, there is no way to tailor messaging to specific firms or specific matters.
Navigating to the Custom Emails page:
When logged into PERSUIT, click the hamburger menu icon found at the top left of the screen next to the PERSUIT logo.
Click Settings when the menu expands.
Once in the Settings page, click the Custom Emails button.
You'll then be taken directly into the editing screen of the Unsuccessful Proposal email. This is where you can choose what to say to firms that have been marked as unsuccessful.
When you're finished making changes, press Save at the bottom left.
