How do I place a bid during a live reverse auction?

Your PERSUIT home dashboard lists all requests with a possible action. The pink label of AUCTION IN PROGRESS will guide you to participating in that auction.

Click View Auction within the request. 

This will take you to the Comparison View screen. Depending on the different auction type, you may be able to see competing (anonymized) firm's bids.

To place a bid, click the Revise Proposal button in the Comparison View.

There are two different ways to place a bid: Quick Price Revision or Revise Proposal.

The Quick Price Revision option is for making changes to the Pricing Items only. You will not be able to make changes to any qualitative sections like the Summary or Questionnaire. 

After making your changes, click Next to review, then Confirm to finalize placing the bid.

The Revise Proposal option allows for full proposal revision of any section, taking you to the proposal drafting screen. Add revision comments for the client to contextualize any changes.

When the necessary changes have been made, click Submit at the bottom of the drafting screen, then Submit in the confirmation pop up to finalize the process.
