How do I use the Proposal Analyzer?

PERSUIT’s Proposal Analyzer utilizes AI to help compare proposals more efficiently. There are two main parts to the Proposal Analyzer: Analyze with AI and Summarize with AI. You’ll find both available through the Proposals tab within any published request. 

Note: PERSUIT’s Proposal Analyzer is only available if your organization has opted-in to this feature. If you have any questions or would like to opt-in for your organization, please reach out to your designated PERSUIT CSM to learn more.

Analyze with AI

The Analyze with AI feature compares proposals at every section and item level providing an in-depth breakdown of strategy and key differences. 

At the top left of the Proposals tab, you’ll find the Analyze with AI button. 

Once you click it, the button will be highlighted green and the submitted proposals will be reviewed against each other at every item level (from Summary to Questionnaire). You'll also see a new column highlighted in green. Depending on the size of the request and proposals, it may take a minute or two for the Proposal Analyzer to process.

After all the proposals have been analyzed, the new, green column will hold the breakdown and analysis of every item level between all the proposals. You can click into a specific item to view the full analysis of that item. 

You can easily copy the information by clicking the Copy button found on the bottom right of the pop-up, if you’d like to share it in an external document or application.

If you would like to hide, or toggle off, the Analyze with AI column, you can simply re-click the Analyze with AI button. The Analyze with AI column will disappear and the button will return to its original color of white.

Summarize with AI

The Summarize with AI feature provides a high-level overview of all the submitted proposals in relation to the request. It includes proposal summaries, strengths and weaknesses, and ranking explanations.

You’ll find the Summarize with AI button at the bottom right of the Proposals tab. 

Click the Get a Quick Summary button in the expanded widget if you would like to proceed. The Summarize with AI widget will lengthen as the proposals are being summarized. As stated above, depending on the size of the request, it may take a few minutes to process.

If you’d like to share this information with your team or share it in an external report, you can easily copy the summarized information by using the Copy button found at the bottom right. It will automatically copy the entire summary so you can then paste into any external document or application for easy sharing. 

You will also find a down arrow button at the top right of the widget to easily hide from view. Please also note, by clicking the down arrow, you can minimize the window while the summary is in process. Proposal Analyzer will keep working in the background until complete.
