Use PERSUIT’s Proposal Analyzer to compare proposals more efficiently with an interactive AI chat interface directly within the proposal comparison page of your request. Instantly surface pricing outliers, flag potential risks or key exclusions, and highlight meaningful differences in firms’ strategies through natural-language queries. You can even generate custom charts and tables on the fly—comparing firms across bespoke metrics—to supercharge your evaluation process and pinpoint the best-fit counsel for each matter.
Note: This is an opt-in feature per organization. Please view this article to learn how to toggle it on.
Navigating to Proposal Analyzer
In your request, you’ll find the Chat with AI button at the top of the Proposals section.
Once clicked, the Proposal Analyzer panel will appear.
Utilizing Proposal Analyzer
At the top of the section you will see the request title, status and quantity of submitted proposals. Proposal Analyzer will always use the total number of proposals when finding insights. There is currently no way to limit or select the proposals used.
Use the text box to type out any natural-language query or prompt. Interact freely with submitted proposals and tailor insights to your needs—whether strategic, pricing-focused, or visual. Firms will not be able to see the questions you ask, and this is internal-only.
Underneath the prompt box, you’ll find starter prompts organized into different categories: General, Pricing, Strategy, Resourcing, Responsiveness, Diversity and Risk/RedFlag. Each holds pre-set, curated prompts that you can use to start exploring and finding insights from the submitted proposals.
After any of the available starter prompts or using your own prompt, you'll see the Proposal Analyzer begin to analyze the submitted proposals until an answer is ready.
Note: at this time, chat history is cleared when you exit the panel. Chat history cannot be saved or exported.
There is also a Summarize with AI feature that provides a high-level overview of all the submitted proposals in relation to the request. It includes proposal summaries, strengths and weaknesses, and ranking explanations.
