- Ask firm to revise their proposal: Select Negotiate on the firm's proposal. You can negotiate with the firm privately by asking them to change their assumptions or prices. You can request proposal revision as many times as needed. Other firms will not be informed, as this is private and confidential.
- Invite other firms to submit proposals: Select Add People under the Firms tab, and compare the original proposal with competitor proposals.
- If an auction has not yet taken place, you can choose to invite firms to a Reverse Auction via a new Request. You can copy the original request by selecting the vertical ellipses in the top bar of the Request and clicking Copy. Then enable the reverse auction feature before you send it to firms.
I am not satisfied with the prices I have received. What can I do?
